Alimentaria+Hostelco 2026 to Host Inaugural Imagine Foodservice Europe Strategic Forum in Barcelona

The 50th edition of Alimentaria+Hostelco will take place 23-26 March 2026 at Fira de Barcelona's Gran Via venue, hosting around 3,300 exhibitors across 100,000 net square metres in 7 halls, with over 110,000 professional visitors expected (25% international). Running alongside on 24-25 March, the inaugural Imagine Foodservice Europe forum — co-organised with Marcas de Restauracion, representing 52 companies with 180+ restaurant brands and €8.1B in annual revenue — will convene operators, investors and tech leaders from across Europe. Topics include AI and automation, digital transformation, delivery growth, international brand expansion and sustainability. Key speakers include the president of McDonald's Spain, the Market Leader of KFC Iberia, AI expert Silvia Leal and AmRest CEO Luis Comas.
