Arnaud Boussemart Appointed Chief Financial Officer of Comexposium Group

Comexposium has appointed Arnaud Boussemart as group chief financial and administrative officer, with responsibility for steering the organiser's administrative and financial strategy. Boussemart began his career in industry at Lafarge Aluminates in Paris and Tokyo before moving into audit and financial advisory at Mazars in 1998. As a partner at the firm he founded and led its Tokyo office for ten years, and continued to support its development after returning to France in 2009. From 2014 to 2024 he was executive vice president for finance and administration at IN Groupe, formerly Imprimerie Nationale, a specialist in digital identity solutions and secure digital services, where he led the group's digital transformation and growth including seven major mergers and acquisitions; he received the Trophée d'Or Leaders de la Finance in 2022. Since April 2024 he has worked as a senior operating advisor on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and post-acquisition integration for investment funds and strategy consultancies. Since February 2025 he has served as finance director at Forécreu, a family-owned world leader in precision cannulated bars, supporting its integration of the United States acquisition Grover Precision. He is a graduate of SKEMA Business School and holds a master's degree from EM Lyon.
