AusBiotech's 2027 biotech week moves to Brisbane in August

Australia's Biggest Week in Biotech 2027 will be held in Brisbane from 23 to 27 August 2027, moving away from the event's traditional October timing. AUSBIOTECH Ltd. said the change was planned ahead of the Rugby World Cup, when significant demand for travel and accommodation is expected across Brisbane, and that the August dates should keep the event accessible and affordable for delegates travelling from across Australia and abroad. The week will continue to bring together the AusBiotech International Conference, the AusMedtech Conference and AusBiotech Investment in one location. The 2026 edition runs on the Gold Coast from 19 to 23 October.
