Bakery ASEAN 2026 opens in Jakarta

The first-ever Bakery ASEAN 2026 is under way at JIExpo Jakarta, Hall D2, in Indonesia, running from 27 to 29 August. The show covers the bakery value chain for Southeast Asia: ingredients and raw materials including flour, fillings, flavours, dairy and chocolate; baking equipment and machinery such as ovens, proofers, freezers and automation systems; packaging solutions for bread, pastries and beverages; and finished baked goods. The onsite programme includes a World Baking Champion Masterclass, decoration and mixology competitions, a market summit and business matchmaking.
