BolognaFiere Group Posts 200.8 Million Euro Revenue in the First Half of 2026

The board of BolognaFiere S.p.A. has approved the consolidated half-year financial report to 30 June 2026. Revenue came to 200.8 million euro, EBITDA to 40 million euro for a 20% margin, EBIT to 28.1 million euro and consolidated net profit to 19.3 million euro, with a monetary net financial position of 80.4 million euro. The group describes performance as clearly improved on the last comparable half-year for trade fair seasonality, H1 2024, and attributes the operating results in particular to a different event portfolio mix and a larger contribution from stand-fitting activities. It says investment in the Bologna exhibition centre and corporate growth and rationalisation continue.
