Malaysia Achieves RM387 Million Export Sales at Dubai's World Health Expo 2026
Malaysia's participation at the World Health Expo (WHX) 2026 (formerly Arab Health), held February 9–12 at Dubai Exhibition Centre, generated RM387 million in total export sales, surpassing the RM340 million target. MATRADE coordinated a pavilion of 11 leading Malaysian medical devices and pharmaceutical companies, facilitating 108 high-level business meetings and 1,177 trade enquiries. The event attracted 235,000+ professionals and 4,300 exhibitors from 180 countries — Malaysia's 22nd consecutive year of participation. Malaysia's 2025 healthcare exports: medical devices RM34.54 billion; pharmaceuticals RM3.66 billion. The MY-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), in force since October 2025, enhances market access across the Middle East and North Africa.
