Byggeretsdagene 2026 to Be Held Under That Name for the First Time in September

Byggeretsdagene 2026 takes place on 9 and 10 September at Charlottehaven, bringing building owners, contractors, consultants, in-house lawyers and attorneys together for two days on construction law. The organisers say it is the first time the conference runs under the name Byggeretsdagene, held in cooperation with Insight Events Denmark, and that the programme was curated for professional depth that can be applied directly in concrete projects. Topics include the year's most important rulings and latest practice, early involvement of the contractor, court-appointed surveys and appraisals in 2026, consultant liability and project liability insurance, and complaint deadlines under AB 18. Partners Liv Helth Lauersen and Christian Taksøe chair both days. The conference counts as 13 lessons towards attorneys' mandatory continuing education.
