CIIE Chengdu roadshow pairs Canadian exhibitors with Sichuan buyers

An exhibitor recruitment roadshow for the 9th China International Import Expo was held in Chengdu, Sichuan province, on 20 August 2026. Organisers described it as a joint activity with the Shared Big Market and Export to China series and the first roadshow focused on the guest of honour country, bringing Canadian exhibitors together with Sichuan companies for targeted matchmaking. An exhibition and matchmaking corridor at the venue hosted 28 exhibitors, including Standard Chartered, Tempur, Joy Wing Mau and the Canadian Association of Exposition and Trade, who held supply and demand talks with 159 buyers such as Changhong Jiahua, Gaonongsi, Tongrun Assets, Sichuan Yuanxu, Chuanye Babao, Jindaoxiang and Tianyuan Xinhua.
