CIIE promotion in Prague signs memorandum with Czech partners

A promotion session for the 9th China International Import Expo was held in Prague on 15 April 2026 local time, at which a cooperation memorandum was signed. Attendees included Feng Biao, Chinese ambassador to the Czech Republic; Ge Hong, deputy director of the China International Import Expo Bureau; Jan Sechter, deputy minister of industry and trade of the Czech Republic; and Zhao Caiyan, head of the Prague branch of Bank of China (Central and Eastern Europe), alongside representatives of Czech industry. Organisers used the session to encourage more Czech companies to exhibit at the ninth edition, which runs in Shanghai from 5 to 10 November 2026.
