Deutsche Messe closes 2025 with EUR 305 million revenue and EUR 18 million profit
Deutsche Messe AG closed the 2025 financial year with revenue of EUR 305 million and a net profit of EUR 18 million, organising 81 trade fairs and exhibitions in Germany and abroad that drew around 3.4 million visitors from more than 150 countries and 26,000 exhibiting companies. International business remained a central pillar, with 48 events staged abroad and new additions including Industrial Transformation Saudi Arabia, HOW – Hub of Warehouse in Türkiye and Xiamen Industrial Fair in China; ten further international launches are planned for 2026. Its largest international shows include PTC ASIA/CeMAT ASIA in Shanghai, DOMOTEX asia/CHINAFLOOR and WIN EURASIA in Istanbul. At the Supervisory Board meeting on 30 June 2026 members discussed a phased transformation of the Hannover grounds into a modern multifunctional venue, with concrete scenarios to be developed and submitted for approval. Chairman Jochen Köckler said the environment remains challenging and cautious investment is affecting some events, while strong brands still grow, citing record space and exhibitor figures at INTERSCHUTZ. For 2027 the defence exhibition DSEI Germany comes to Hannover from 9 to 12 March and is already fully booked nine months out.
