Deutsche Messe guides to EUR 305 million revenue for 2025 and adds board member

Deutsche Messe AG told its Supervisory Board it expects to close the 2025 financial year with a profit in the double-digit million range, confirming projected revenue of around EUR 305 million and an annual result of EUR 13 million despite a tense economic environment. Chairman of the Managing Board Jochen Köckler said the outcome shows the company made the right operational and strategic decisions in 2025, while warning that conditions for Germany industrial base will be more challenging in the coming year, making continued targeted investment in formats that deliver added value for exhibitors and visitors all the more important. The Supervisory Board also appointed Holger Feist (56) to the Executive Board. Feist began his career at McKinsey & Company in Munich, then moved to Burda Intermedia Publishing to develop digital business models, later served as Chief Strategy Officer at Messe München, and since 2023 has been managing partner at the digital transformation consultancy Nunatak Group.
