DOMOTEX 2026 draws 500 exhibitors under new flooring and interior concept

DOMOTEX 2026 ran in Hannover from 19 to 22 January with more than 500 exhibitors from over 50 countries, the first edition presented consistently as the Home of Flooring & Interior Finishing. Deutsche Messe said the repositioned fair bridged high-quality flooring and broader interior solutions and became a central meeting point for the sector. Senior Vice President Arno Reich said DOMOTEX reinvented itself, that boldly exploring new paths paid off, and that exhibitors and visitors gave consistently positive feedback. New project director Annette Levy said the expansion into wall and ceiling products was the right move and created tangible synergies across the exhibition grounds, with interdisciplinary exchange making the fair a global industry meeting point. Lamett managing director Bruno Descamps described the edition as a real new beginning, citing a positive atmosphere, important discussions and successful deals.
