42nd Havana International Fair (FIHAV 2026) to Be Held Online

On September 4, Cuban Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment Pérez-Oliva announced that the 42nd Havana International Fair (FIHAV 2026) will be held online from November 24 to 26, 2026, with an in-person business forum on November 26. Registration runs from September 15 to November 15, and exhibitors can promote their products and services through the online platform. The edition will focus on presenting Cuba's economic and social transformation process, offer foreign partners a more flexible business environment, and strengthen ties with Cubans living abroad. The Cuban side said that, amid the energy crisis and complex economic situation caused by the US government's intensified sanctions and blockade against Cuba, the decision to go ahead with the fair reflects Cuba's determination not to give up on economic growth and on its economic and social transformation.
