Food & Hospitality Indonesia (FHI) 2026 ran from 21 to 24 July 2026 at JIEXPO Kemayoran in Central Jakarta. In its 20th edition, the show positions itself as Indonesia's largest B2B international trade exhibition for the food, beverage and hospitality industries, under the theme "A Thrilling Journey of Excellence that Celebrates the Now and Ignites the Future". More than 500 exhibiting companies from 32 countries took part, among them Australia, the United States, Brazil, Canada, Finland, Italy, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates. FHI portfolio director Meysia Stephanie said growth in hospitality needs a business ecosystem that speeds up the exchange of innovation and widens market access. Leonarita Hutama, marketing communication manager at PT Pamerindo Indonesia, said sustainability has become part of growth strategy rather than a trend. The programme included the Hotelex Indonesia Exclusive Showcase, an Innovation Spotlight, the Indonesia Coffee Event with the Indonesia Barista Championship organised with the Specialty Coffee Association Indonesia, the World Fashion Drinks Competition, the Tea Master Cup Indonesia, masterclasses with the Association of Culinary Professionals, an industry seminar involving Perum BULOG and LPPOM MUI, a business matching programme and wine masterclasses with the Indonesia Sommelier Association.
