FOODİST İstanbul 2026 opens

FOODİST İstanbul 2026 — Foodist İstanbul Uluslararası Gıda ve İçecek Ürünleri Fuarı — has opened its doors at the Tüyap Fuar ve Kongre Merkezi and runs from 1 to 4 September 2026. The fair is organised in cooperation between Tüyap Fuarcılık Grubu and ALZ Grup, with the support of Türkiye Gıda Platformu. The organisers say it will bring producers, exporters and industry representatives together with more than 2,000 purchasing professionals and decision-makers from 60 countries for B2B meetings, and that it has been prepared with the goal of becoming one of the world's three largest food fairs. The accompanying Foodist Forum & Show Kitchen programme covers exports, digitalisation, food safety, sustainability, food technologies and gastronomy. Türkiye's Minister of Agriculture and Forestry İbrahim Yumaklı and Minister of Trade Ömer Bolat visited the fair.
