Global Event Forum 2026 Approaches: New Venue at Zavido Resort, RUEF Participation Confirmed

The Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF) has confirmed its annual support for the Global Event Forum 2026 (GEF), scheduled from September 30 to October 4 at Zavido Resort, approximately one hour from Moscow. RUEF states that this jubilee edition changes venue from the traditional location, offering improved transport access and full-team on-site accommodation for all five days. The programme will feature more than 75 speakers, educational sessions, business formats, evening events and networking. Content tracks cover event business management, MICE, private events, festivals and production. RUEF notes each session is designed as a practical tool centred on real cases and candid professional exchange. Elena Ublieva, Executive Director of RUEF, is scheduled to speak at the panel discussion on the significance of industry associations.
