How China's Four Other National Platform Fairs Performed in 2025: Services, Digital Trade, Consumer Goods and Investment
Four further national platform fairs reported their 2025 results. The China International Fair for Trade in Services ran from 10 to 14 September at Beijing's Shougang Park, held on a single site for the first time; more than 480 Fortune Global 500 and industry-leading companies exhibited in person, over a quarter of all exhibitors, the overall internationalisation rate of on-site exhibitors exceeded 20%, and 26 of the world's 30 largest services-trade economies were represented. The fourth Global Digital Trade Expo ran from 25 to 29 September in Hangzhou, with overseas exhibitors above 20% of the total including more than 130 from Europe and the United States, international buyers up 64% on the previous edition, procurement of 30.9 billion yuan, double the previous total, and international orders accounting for 71.5%. The fifth China International Consumer Products Expo ran from 13 to 18 April in Hainan, drawing 1,767 companies and 4,209 consumer brands from 71 countries and regions, 52 letters of intent worth about 92 billion yuan and more than 60,000 professional buyers. The 25th China International Fair for Investment and Trade ran from 8 to 11 September in Xiamen across 120,000 square metres, with 123 countries and regions taking part and more than 80,000 visiting businesspeople.
