H&T 2026 Hospitality Innovation Show Surpasses 600 Exhibitors at FYCMA Malaga

The 28th edition of H&T, Salon de Innovacion en Hosteleria, will take place 2-4 February 2026 at FYCMA (Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Malaga), bringing together more than 600 companies and specialised entities — around 100 more than the previous edition. The show will span 29,500 square metres across three fully booked halls, with a waiting list of 50 additional firms. Representatives from 15 countries will attend, including buyers and experts from the USA, UAE, Colombia, Italy, Greece and the UK. Over 70 speakers are confirmed, including Michelin three-star chefs Tonyo Perez (Atrio) and Eduard Xatruch (Disfrutar). The programme features the VI National Hospitality Forum, H&T Awards, live culinary demonstrations, wine tastings and professional training sessions. H&T is organised by FYCMA on behalf of the Ayuntamiento de Malaga, positioning itself as Spain's leading business and innovation platform for the HORECA sector.
