Hyve acquires LegalTechTalk, entering the legal technology sector

Hyve Group announced the acquisition of LegalTechTalk, described as Europe leading event for legal technology and transformation, marking its entry into a Legal SuperVertical and its first deal one week after launching the Ascend30 strategy. Founded in 2024 by Bradley Collins and Mikkel Jensen, the event held its third edition in June 2026, drawing more than 5,500 attendees from over 70 countries, 62% of them C-suite or senior decision-makers, plus over 450 speakers, with participants from organisations including Google, Airbnb, Revolut, Adidas, DLA Piper and Freshfields. The founders will continue to lead the business, working with Hyve acquisitions and best practice division under president Lisa Milburn. Hyve Global Ventures launch team, led by Katy Fryatt, will support the inaugural US edition in Miami Beach in December 2027. Early priorities include a formal at-scale hosted meetings programme and new formats such as TableTalks. The next editions run 16 to 17 June 2027 in London and 13 to 15 December 2027 in Miami.
