Hyve Establishes AI SuperVertical with Acquisition of RAISE Summit, MACHINA Summit and Signal Week

Hyve has acquired RAISE Summit, MACHINA Summit and Signal Week, formerly Paris Blockchain Week, creating a new AI SuperVertical and adding crypto and blockchain expertise to a fintech portfolio that already includes Fintech Meetup. Deal terms were not disclosed. It is the organiser's second acquisition since launching Ascend30, its value creation plan running to 2030. RAISE Summit is described as Europe's leading artificial intelligence event, drawing more than 9,000 attendees from over 90 countries, with almost a third of buyers from the C-suite and speakers including Eric Schmidt, Mark Cuban, Pat Gelsinger and Marcelo Claure. MACHINA Summit covers physical AI and robotics, extending the RAISE ecosystem beyond enterprise AI. Signal Week attracts more than 10,000 attendees from over 100 countries, 70 per cent of them C-suite executives. RAISE Summit and Signal Week join Hyve's acquisitions and best practice division led by Lisa Milburn, while the newly launched MACHINA Summit goes into the global ventures division led by Katy Fryatt. Chief executive Mark Shashoua called the three category-defining brands built by exceptional founders.
