Hyve names Elizabeth Deeming Global President under new Ascend30 strategy
Hyve Group set out Ascend30, its strategy through to 2030, and announced senior leadership appointments to deliver it. Elizabeth Deeming joins as Global President, leading commercial and strategic delivery across the group; she previously worked on Hyve transformation before senior roles at Future plc and, most recently, as CEO of MVF. Julie Driscoll has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer, leading global sales best practice after strong growth in her division. Hyve also said it has restructured leadership to consolidate expertise across SuperVerticals including healthcare and ecommerce, as well as launches and acquisitions. Ascend30 follows the GO27 plan set in 2024, which aimed to more than double the size of the business by 2027 and was delivered a year early after seven acquisitions and expansion into SuperVerticals. The strategy focuses on deepening market leadership, taking brands into new geographies, expanding year-round products such as hosted meetings, brokerage, leadership development and networking formats, and continuing disciplined acquisitions. CEO Mark Shashoua said trusted human connection becomes more valuable as AI reshapes industries.
