ILTM Asia Pacific Celebrates Its Most Prolific Edition to Date
ILTM Asia Pacific ran 29 June to 2 July 2026 at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore and closed with 40,650 one-to-one meetings, a 10 percent increase year on year. The appointment-based show brought together 780 luxury travel buyers from 23 countries, including Australia, China, India, Singapore, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Korea, and 780 global luxury travel suppliers, alongside more than 50 regional media. More than half of the buyers were attending for the first time, which the organiser presents as evidence of an expanding regional base rather than a returning core. Visa Principal Economist Simon Baptiste told delegates that AI-driven wealth creation is reshaping the affluent consumer and that sharper market segmentation is needed, and cited a projected 4.1 percent growth rate for the Asia-Pacific economy. Event Director Polly Magraw said the team was privileged to facilitate 40,650 high-level meetings and that the passion of the industry was palpable. Chinthaka Liyanaarachchi of Sri Lanka Tourism, Capella Hotel Group President Roland Faisal, Penny Spencer of Spencer Travel in Australia and Siddhesh Sood of Rapidluxe in India also commented on the edition. The next ILTM Asia Pacific runs 28 June to 1 July 2027 at the same venue.
