Informa TechTarget Reports Second Quarter 2026 Results
Informa TechTarget has reported results for the second quarter ended 30 June 2026, with revenue of 116.1 million US dollars against 119.9 million a year earlier, a decline of 3.2 per cent, and revenues broadly flat year on year across the first half. The net loss narrowed sharply to 21.7 million dollars, a net loss margin of 18.7 per cent, from 398.7 million dollars and a margin of 332.4 per cent in the second quarter of 2025. Adjusted EBITDA was 15.1 million dollars against 17.3 million a year earlier but up from 7.4 million in the first quarter, giving a margin of 13.0 per cent against 14.4 per cent. First half adjusted EBITDA margin was broadly consistent year on year as product investment and inflation were largely offset by cost savings and synergies. Cash and equivalents stood at 45.8 million dollars, with 120.1 million drawn on a 250 million dollar unsecured five-year revolving credit facility. The company reiterated 2026 guidance for full year growth in revenue and adjusted EBITDA, with adjusted EBITDA of 95 to 100 million dollars. Chief executive Gary Nugent said customer spending reflects a challenging market backdrop but the opportunity pipeline is expanding as the company focuses on its largest customers and fastest-growing markets.
