İstanbul drew 667,602 of Türkiye's 863,581 foreign fair visitors in 2025

Türkiye counted 863,581 foreign visitors at its fairs in 2025, and the register locates them by city and by sector. By city, İstanbul drew 667,602, followed by İzmir on 48,960, Antalya on 37,750, Ankara on 27,248, Bursa on 19,194, Şanlıurfa on 10,000 and Tekirdağ on 9,500. By sector, books and periodicals drew 105,742, the residual Other group 79,789, agriculture 64,542, food processing 62,353, medical devices 59,466, furniture 49,022, apparel and fashion 42,069 and automotive 34,991. The two views do not line up neatly, because a sector's foreign audience can be concentrated in a single city while its events are spread across several provinces. For an exhibitor whose case for a Turkish stand rests on meeting buyers from outside the country, these are the two tables worth reading together before choosing an event, since neither on its own identifies where a given sector's foreign buyers actually appear. All 46 provinces and 50 sector groups carry the foreign visitor column.
