Korea's capital region hosted 407 of the country's 736 exhibitions in 2024

Korea's 2024 exhibition calendar concentrates on the capital region, which hosted 407 of the 736 shows against 321 in the rest of the country and 8 at other facilities. Within the capital region Seoul accounted for 222, Gyeonggi Province 142 and Incheon 43. By venue, Coex in Seoul led with 135 exhibitions, ahead of BEXCO in Busan on 95, KINTEX in Gyeonggi on 90 and EXCO in Daegu on 65, followed by KDJ Center in Gwangju on 44, SETEC and Songdo ConvensiA on 43 each and aT Center on 42. Certification is more common in the capital region, where 123 shows carried it, a rate of 30.2 percent, against 54 and 16.8 percent elsewhere. At venue level Coex certified 60 of its 135 shows and KINTEX 39 of 90, while BEXCO certified 18 of 95 and EXCO 10 of 65. The survey lists every professional exhibition hall in the country separately.
