MEDICA 2025: More Than 1,300 Chinese Companies Exhibited, the Largest National Contingent

MEDICA 2025, the Dusseldorf international medical devices and equipment fair, ran from 17 to 20 November 2025 at the Dusseldorf international exhibition centre in Germany. It is one of the largest and most influential general medical equipment shows in the world, covering medical devices and equipment, digital health, laboratory analysis and diagnostics, physiotherapy and orthopaedics, and medical consumables. This edition drew more than 5,300 exhibitors from about 70 countries and regions. Chinese companies numbered more than 1,300, the largest national contingent of exhibitors at the fair, and brought innovative products and services spanning cardiovascular and cerebrovascular intervention, medical protection, minimally invasive surgery, ultrasound diagnostics, laser medicine, cancer screening and other niches. According to data from CCPIT's outbound exhibition approval and management system, the number of buyers received and the number of business discussions held by Chinese exhibitors at this edition were both more than double the figures for the previous edition.
