Rotary International Convention 2026: Members from 140 Nations Gather in Taipei, Generating NT$1.73 Billion

The 2026 Rotary International Convention was held June 13-17 at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center and Taipei Dome, drawing over 37,000 Rotary members from more than 140 countries. It is the first time Taipei has hosted the event in 32 years. The convention is projected to generate NT$1.57–1.73 billion in economic benefits for hotels, restaurants, retail, and tourism. The event featured 100+ humanitarian projects and keynote speakers including Nobel Peace Prize laureate Malala Yousafzai.
