Messe Düsseldorf to Launch First Trade Fair in Morocco in 2027

Messe Düsseldorf says it is preparing to launch its first trade fair in Morocco in 2027. The organiser says the event will be built together with Fenagri, the national association of the Moroccan food industry, as a new platform for the food and packaging sector in what it describes as a growing market. According to Messe Düsseldorf, the move is the next step in a journey it began in 2019 with interpack MEA and continued with Food Africa, further expanding its network across the MENA region. Wolfram Diener, President and CEO of Messe Düsseldorf, said that with the company's entry into the Moroccan market, its MENA network will extend from the Atlantic coast to the Arabian Peninsula.
