Messe Frankfurt Invites the Mexican Industry to Automechanika Frankfurt 2026 and Introduces New Intelligence Tools for the Aftermarket

During INA PAACE Automechanika Mexico 2026 in Mexico City, Messe Frankfurt promoted the upcoming Automechanika Frankfurt, which runs 8 to 12 September 2026 in Frankfurt and is expected to gather around 4,500 exhibitors from more than 80 countries. Olaf Mußhoff, Director of Automechanika Frankfurt, said the Frankfurt edition is where the trends that later shape markets such as Mexico are defined. The Frankfurt show's new formats include HighTech4Mobility, Innovation4Mobility and the Future Mobility Park, with emphasis on innovation, sustainability, electromobility and specialised training. Alongside the promotion, two market intelligence instruments were presented for the Mexican aftermarket. Gabriel Padilla, Executive Director of Industria Nacional de Autopartes, presented findings from the INA Aftermarket Monitor, which tracks market value, employment and demand indicators. Norma Elías of ARIDRA presented results from the ARIDRA-INA Aftermarket Industry Confidence Index, which measures sentiment and expectations across the distribution chain. Both indicators will be published on a regular basis. The three organisations said the joint initiatives strengthen decision-making based on reliable and timely data and contribute to the growth and professionalisation of the Mexican aftermarket.
