Messe München 2025: Munich shows draw 34,635 exhibitors and 2.55 million visitors

Messe München annual report puts total attendance at its Munich venue in 2025 at 2.55 million visitors and 34,635 exhibitors, across 18 own events, participations and partnerships plus 74 guest events. Ten of the group now 14 world-leading trade fairs ran in Munich, a density the company says occurs only once every twelve years. Net exhibition space reached 1,123,346 sqm, against 621,653 sqm in 2024, with hall turnover frequency of 12. bauma was the largest event with 3,548 exhibitors from 57 countries, 605,974 visitors from more than 200 countries and regions, and 421,179 sqm. IAA MOBILITY drew 533,621 visitors, BAU 186,038 with over half its exhibitors from abroad for the first time, f.re.e 124,592, transport logistic 77,626 from more than 130 nations with 65% international exhibitors, drinktec 58,281, productronica 47,696 at its 50th anniversary, automatica 49,284, Laser World of Photonics 44,854 with a record 1,393 exhibitors, and EXPO REAL 41,737, up about 5%.
