The audience was made up of store owners and managers, wholesale distributors, professional buyers, contractors and representatives from the construction sector, with the show positioned around identifying suppliers, tracking market innovations and modernising retail operations. A central feature was the Hardware Store of the Future, an immersive exhibit combining live technology demonstrations with digital retail solutions. The conference programme brought in Carlos Loret de Mola, Denise Dresser, León Krauze, Lorenzo Córdova and Marcus Dantus to discuss economic trends and business competitiveness, though the release does not state their affiliations. Practical workshops were led by trade content creators including Poncho Tools, Tino Mantenimiento, Edgar known as Eléctrico Plomero, and Diego Luna of Tecnitips. No dates for the next edition are given in the release.
