Norway seafood exports to China up 31 percent as CIIE signs two deals

A seminar for the 9th China International Import Expo was held in Oslo on 16 June 2026 local time. Organisers noted that China is Norway largest trading partner in Asia and its second largest export market for seafood, that in 2025 Norwegian goods trade with China and seafood exports to China rose 20% and 31% respectively year on year, and that bilateral trade grew 56% year on year in the first four months of 2026. At the seminar the CIIE Bureau signed an exhibitor contract with Herba Plus and a cooperation memorandum with CNCP.
