Nutraceuticals Europe 2026 Premium Substances Zone Showcases Cutting-Edge Functional Ingredients

Nutraceuticals Europe – Summit & Expo, the reference fair for functional ingredients, novel foods and nutraceuticals organised by Feria Valencia, will be held on 4 and 5 February at Pavilion 4 of IFEMA Madrid. The Premium Substances zone will present curated innovations from leading sector companies across four categories: metabolic health, including a standardised fig extract for glycaemic control, a whey hydrolysate inhibiting alpha-glucosidase, and collagen peptides targeting postprandial glucose peaks; brain and cognitive health, featuring a Mangifera indica extract, an FOS and L-theanine complex integrating the gut-brain axis, and a patented magnesium L-threonate shown to restore ageing neurons; antioxidant, cardiovascular and healthy ageing ingredients, including apple polyphenol extract, red orange biofenol extract and olive antioxidants; and sports nutrition, with bioactive collagen peptides and high-bioavailability sucrosomal magnesium.
