Philippine pavilion wins two awards at DRT Show Chengdu 2026

The Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) Philippines, together with the Philippine Department of Tourism (PDOT) Beijing and 19 co-exhibitors — dive resorts, dive centers, tour operators and the Municipality of Puerto Galera — presented the country's diving destinations at the Diving, Resorts and Travel (DRT) Show Chengdu 2026, held from 17 to 19 July 2026 at the Western China International Expo. The delegation brought home two awards, the Marine Tourism Excellence Award and the Honorary Tourism Board Award, recognising its sustained efforts to promote the country as a diving destination. The participation generated over PHP 122 million (PHP 122,824,028.00) in sales leads.
