Pierre Gattaz Named Patron of Micronora 2026

Pierre Gattaz will be the patron (parrain) of Micronora 2026. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Radiall, a family-owned group the organiser describes as a world leader in high-reliability interconnection systems, and former President of MEDEF - Mouvement des Entreprises de France and of BusinessEurope; he has championed competitiveness, employment and reindustrialisation for many years. In a video message to the Micronora community he says mastery of strategic technologies is essential today and stresses the role of mechanical engineering, micromechanics and French expertise across defence, healthcare, security, electronics and agri-food. As patron of this edition he will take part in the opening address alongside Sébastien Martin, Minister for Industry, and Thierry Bisiaux, President of Micronora, on Tuesday 29 September 2026 from 11:30 to 11:50 at Micronora in Besançon.
