Polish Exhibitors Rented 736,010 Square Metres in 2025, the Most Since 2019

The Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry has published its report EXPO 2025 – Trade Fairs in Poland. It says exhibitors rented 736,010 square metres of exhibition space in 2025, the highest figure since 2019 and nearly 5% more than a year earlier. Chamber members organised 119 trade fair events with a combined 1,360,434 visitors and 17,218 exhibitors, of whom 4,338 came from abroad. All the data were audited by CENTREX-PIPT. Beyond the statistics, the chamber says the report sets out Poland's position as the exhibition centre of Central and Eastern Europe, the significance of trade fairs for city economies, and data broken down by city and sector.
