Registration Opens for WTM London 2026 Following a Record-Breaking 2025 Event
RX has opened registration for WTM London 2026, running 3 to 5 November at Excel London, and set out the 2025 benchmarks it is building on. Last year drew 46,500 attendees from 182 countries, including 5,500 high-quality buyers, up 8 percent, and generated more than 40,000 confirmed business meetings, up 16 percent, with 2.2 billion pounds in attributed business deals. Exhibitor numbers rose 5 percent and the travel technology region grew 55 percent. The most consequential change for 2026 is commercial: visitor tickets are now paid, held at 2025 prices, with a 50 percent discount for bookings made before 1 August. Content additions include the co-located WTM Travel Tech, a new WTM Wanderlust Headliner Stage curated with media partner Wanderlust, an expanded role for WTM TrendFest, and WTM TV with larger screens. The conference programme has been refreshed under the theme of resilience, rebound and reinvention. The Egyptian Tourism Authority becomes the show's first ever Premier Partner. Speakers announced for the Headliner Stage include Andrew Flintham, Managing Director of British Airways Holidays; Gloria Guevara, President and Chief Executive of the World Travel and Tourism Council; Sir Michael Palin; Patricia Yates, Chief Executive of VisitBritain and VisitEngland; and Rob Ransom, Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Booking Holdings. Event Director Chris Carter-Chapman said the 2025 edition set many records.
