RENT and Salon de la Copropriété Launch La Semaine de l'Immobilier et du Logement

The organisers of RENT – Real Estate & New Technologies and the Salon de la Copropriété et de l'Habitat, two of Europe's main property shows, are joining forces to create a new fixture running 2 to 6 November 2026: La Semaine de l'Immobilier et du Logement. For five years the two events have coordinated their dates so that more than 20,000 annual visitors could concentrate their travel and meetings at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in early November; the new step brings the wider ecosystem together in a national week of mobilisation gathering housing, co-ownership and property professionals to encourage dialogue, innovation and practical solutions. Christophe Féry, who runs the Salon de la Copropriété et de l'Habitat within the Comexposium Group, said Paris is already the sector's main meeting point and the aim is to concentrate exchanges, conferences, debates, innovation demonstrations and services into a single week. RENT managing director Stéphane Scarella said the goal is an annual gathering that durably unites the whole property value chain, from public and private decision-makers to companies and innovators. Both shows remain the structuring events of the week. The project is backed by the French ministry for cities and housing, whose housing innovation conference on 3 November joins the programme.
