Results of the SOLD OUT 2026 Forum

The SOLD OUT 2026 forum was held on March 23-24, 2026 in St. Petersburg with 1,700 participants, 170 speakers, 67 volunteers, and 15 moderators. RUEF hosted a panel session titled 'Challenges and Trends of the Exhibition Industry', moderated by Elena Ublieva. Key presentations included VNIC R&C's report 'Event Industry 2024-2025: Statistics and Trends', Elena Konvisar's 'Business at Exhibitions' (demonstrating ROI up to 250% for exhibitors), Albina Kildigulova's 'DNA of an Exhibition', and KVK Imperiya Forum on the congress-factory modularity approach.
