RX Appoints Katrine Graugaard Global Head of Corporate Communications
RX announced on 12 March 2026 that Katrine Graugaard has been appointed Global Head of Corporate Communications. She succeeds Nathalie Haxby, who retires at the end of the month, and will report to Chief Executive Officer Hugh Jones as a member of the executive leadership team. The role covers leading global communications strategy, strengthening internal and external narratives, supporting the executive leadership team, and developing how the company tells its story and positions itself. Graugaard brings more than 20 years of international communications experience gained in large, multi-market organisations. She joins from Wavemaker, part of WPP, where she was Global Head of Marketing and Communications with responsibility for strategic communications spanning corporate reputation, brand identity, executive communications, internal engagement and digital strategy. Hugh Jones described her as an accomplished and highly respected communications leader with a strong record of delivering strategic clarity, creativity and impact at global level. Graugaard said she is joining RX as the industry enters a period of significant transformation. The appointment follows the creation of a global chief marketing officer role earlier in 2026, indicating a broader rebuild of the group's marketing and communications leadership.
