Seventy Accredited Organisers Ran China's Outbound Exhibitions in 2025, with the Top Ten Taking 61%

Seventy accredited organisers ran China's outbound exhibition programme in 2025 under CCPIT approval, averaging about 18 projects each, up 2.41% and 4.91% respectively on 2024. Concentration among them is high: the ten largest organisers handled 768 projects between them, 10.34% more than a year earlier and 61% of the national total. Ranked by project count, the top five were Zhejiang Yuanda International Exhibition with 156 projects, or 12.39% of the total; Shanghai International Exhibition Group with 111, or 8.82%; Comexpo with 82, or 6.51%; the CCPIT Shanghai Pudong Sub-Council with 74, or 5.88%; and the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products with 73, or 5.8%. Ranked instead by the number of companies recruited to exhibit, the top ten organisers placed 29,900 exhibitors between them, 62.69% of the national total but 3.37% fewer than a year earlier, led by Zhejiang Meorient with 7,672 companies, or 16.06% of the total.
