SIAL Guangzhou 2026 Closes with 66,517 Registered Trade Professionals

SIAL Guangzhou 2026 has wrapped up at the Guangzhou Poly World Trade Expo Centre after three days. The organiser reports 60,000 square metres of total exhibition space, more than 1,500 global exhibitors from over 50 countries and regions, 66,517 registered food industry professionals and 5,883 one-on-one business matchmaking sessions. Thousands of new food items were unveiled onsite across snacks, healthy food, beverages and catering supply chain products, with face-to-face negotiations supported by the Match Me matching system. The next flagship event in the series, SIAL Shanghai 2027, runs from 18 to 20 May 2027 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.
