SIAL in China - South Guangzhou 2026 Reveals Its SIAL Innovation Finalists

With three days to go before SIAL in China - South Guangzhou 2026, the organiser has presented this year's SIAL Innovation selection. Out of 162 products submitted by 86 exhibitors from five nationalities, the jury selected 22 innovations, and the 10 leading finalists are now being spotlighted. The organiser groups the selection around four trends: functional products designed to deliver added value; bold flavour combinations inspired by different food cultures; better-for-you concepts that do not compromise on indulgence; and convenient formats tailored to modern lifestyles. The winners will be celebrated at the SIAL Innovation Awards Ceremony at 3:00 pm on 3 September.
