SIAL Network to launch SIAL Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City in November 2026

Comexposium announced that SIAL Vietnam will launch from 11 to 14 November 2026 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City, extending a network that already covers Paris, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Jakarta, Mumbai, Montreal, Toronto and Kuala Lumpur. The new show will run concurrently with Food Expo International 2026 at the same venue, allowing visitors to cover both in one location and combining Vietnamese traditional products with international food innovation. Exhibitors will have access to the SIAL Society programme, which connects strategic buyers across the network and claims reach to 700,000 professional visitors and international buyers from 205 countries. Nicolas Trentesaux, CEO of the SIAL Network, said the launch is a key step in extending global coverage and connecting food ecosystems through a unified international framework. Sectors covered include chilled and frozen food, coffee and tea, confectionery, ready-to-eat products, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cereals, fruit and nuts, and food processing and packaging technology.
