SICUR 2026 Advances European Cooperation with Brokerage Event for Horizon Europe Cluster 3
SICUR 2026, the International Security Trade Fair at IFEMA Madrid (24-27 February), is launching a dedicated Brokerage Event for Horizon Europe Cluster 3 (Civil Security for Society) to foster transnational collaboration and consortium formation. The hybrid B2B event is organised with Fundación para el Conocimiento madri+d, CDTI, the Cluster 3 National Contact Points and the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN-Madrid). It targets SMEs, large companies, researchers, public authorities, security end users and other institutions interested in upcoming Horizon Europe Cluster 3 calls. On the morning of 24 February, an Infoday at the FORO SICUR will present the 2026 programme priorities, followed by pitching sessions. B2B meetings — both in-person and remote — will be held across 24, 25 and 26 February, enabling participants to establish strategic contacts, explore collaboration opportunities and build transnational consortia for civil security funding calls. The Brokerage Event positions SICUR as a key node for European security innovation and cooperation at continental level.
