SMOPYC 2026: 979 Exhibiting Brands, 100,585 m² (+18.63%), South Europe's Leading Construction Machinery Show Grows Strongly

SMOPYC 2026 (International Exhibition of Public Works, Construction and Mining Machinery) at Feria de Zaragoza is reporting strong pre-show growth. As of 20 January 2026, 979 brands have registered as exhibitors, with inscriptions still open. Exhibition area reaches 100,585 m², an 18.63% increase over the last edition, across eight full pavilions plus a restored outdoor area for large machinery demonstrations. An Innovation Pavilion (Pavilion 9), developed with ANMOPYC, ITA, PTEC and FLC, will showcase pioneering R&D projects. A renewed Technical Innovations Competition adds categories for advanced design, digitalisation, automation, environment and safety. International trade missions by ANMOPYC will promote global networking. Themed days include a Large Construction Companies and Rental Day (15 April) and a Circular Economy Day (16 April).
