Sport-Achat Hiver 2026 set for 26-28 January in coordinated ski trade calendar
Comexposium said Sport-Achat Hiver will run on 26, 27 and 28 January 2026, closing an intensive month of professional meetings for the outdoor sports and ski trade as buyers prepare for the 2026/2027 season. The organiser argued the slot is strategically placed at the start of the winter holiday period and follows a busier January in French ski areas, where attendance rose 3% in January 2025 against the same month a year earlier. The date also sits immediately after the on-snow ski tests run individually by brands in early January and the two Ski Force Pro sessions organised by Union Sport & Cycle in the Alps, at Flaine on 12-13 January and Courchevel Le Praz on 19-20 January, while the third edition of that professional event follows the week after Sport-Achat at Serre Chevalier on 2-3 February. Mathieu Kurtz, CEO of show organiser SPORTAIR, said the calendar was built jointly with Union Sport & Cycle to fit the needs of exhibiting brands and visiting retailers.
