TCEB launches "JerGan" digital MICE platform to connect travelers with local businesses and gather behavioral data

The Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) has launched "JerGan," Thailand's first digital MICE platform, under its new MaxiMICE Thailand brand. The platform aims to connect MICE travelers with local businesses, distribute income across the MICE value chain, and establish a MICE Behavioral Data Infrastructure. It integrates various services and offers curated privileges to enhance the MICE experience and provide insights for targeted marketing.
