TCEB Sets Five-Year Carbon Reduction Target for Thai MICE Industry

The Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) announced a new sustainability mission to achieve carbon neutrality and net zero carbon for the Thai MICE industry. TCEB aims to reduce emissions by 20,000 TonCO₂e by 2030, building on a 313% increase in carbon reduction in FY 2025 compared to FY 2024. To support this, TCEB has updated its terms for event organizers, requiring carbon footprint calculation and offering tools like a carbon avoidance calculator and access to carbon credit projects.
