UFI announces winners of 2026 Next Generation Leadership Programme

UFI has selected five winners for its 2026 Next Generation Leadership (NGL) Programme, now in its tenth edition. The winners, from dmg events, Targi Kielce, Messe Düsseldorf North America, IFP Group, and Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, will explore how to keep exhibitions relevant for Gen Z and younger millennials. The program begins with a workshop at the UFI European Conference in Izmir, Turkiye, in June and concludes with a presentation at the 93rd UFI Global Congress in November.
